Please communicate to your families the admission charges...$5/Adult, $3/Child (5-17), $3/Senior 65+ and $10 Family (limit 4 members). CASH ONLY will be accepted Our tournaments are a major fundraiser for the high schools and all the proceeds go to the basketball programs. There is no charge for coaches (2 per team) or players.
There is only one admission charge per person if your team plays at multiple locations.
Some divisions play at multiple locations. If your team plays at East High School, there are two buildings at this location. Both are located at the same address 1020 Dunham Road. The main building courts are East Main and East Back. The Sports Center/Field House (FH1, FH2, FH3) is adjacent to the main building. Each has their own separate entrance and there is an indoor walkway connecting the two buildings. Wredling Middle School is less than a minute from East High School. North High School is less than 10 minutes from Thompson Middle School (enter through door #5).
Gyms will be open 30 minutes prior to the first game. If your team is scheduled for 9 AM at either high school, 11:20 AM at Thompson or Wredling Middle School, please instruct your players and parents to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to game time. The St. Charles School District follows strict guidelines for facility entry and we want to avoid teams having to wait in the parking lot or standing outside in the cold.
High school basketball players will be running the clock and completing the score sheets for each game. Scores will be updated after every game by the tournament site supervisors. We will do our best to update scores as quickly as possible. Game scores can also be viewed through the Tourney Pro app or directly through the STC STORM Tournament Schedule site (link at the top of this email).
The first team listed is home and should wear their light-colored jersey.
Full concessions will be available. Please no outside food and drink.
T-shirts for 1st place will be distributed by the end of the last game. Please make sure you have received prior to leaving the tournament. If you submitted a roster with more than 10 players, please stop by the admissions table at East and North High School prior to leaving the tournament for additional two shirts. There is a maximum of 12 shirts per team.
