Refund Policy

ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO LISASTCHOOPS@ATT.NET.


Medical refunds will be given on a prorated basis, less a $25 administrative fee, with the submission of a doctor’s note.

Anyone moving out of the area will receive a prorated refund of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee.


BITTY AND IN-HOUSE PROGRAMS 

NO refunds will be given after September 15 for fall session (Bitty/In-House Girls, Grades 1-8 and In-House Boys, Grades 5-6).

NO refunds will be given after November 15 for winter session (Bitty Boys, Grades 2-4 and In-House Boys, Grades 7-8). Please note that this is a change from the previous withdrawal date for the winter session.

Before these dates, a refund of the registration fee (less a $25 administrative fee) will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of a written withdrawal request.


TRAVEL PROGRAM 

A $15 non-refundable tryout fee will be charged at the time of registration. Please note that the tryout fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward any league registration fees.

Selected players will have 48 hours from team postings to accept the position and pay the Travel registration fee.

A refund, less a $25 administrative fee, will be processed for requests received within 48 hours of team postings. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt of a written withdrawal request.

No refunds after 48 hours of team postings.


SPRING PROGRAM 

Boys -

NO refunds will be given after March 15th for the boys' Spring session. 

Girls - 

NO refunds will be given after March 1st for the girls' Spring session. 

Prior to these dates, a refund of the registration fee (less a $25 administrative fee) will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of a written withdrawal request.
